  3. Each year the City provides two fall collection cycles for each of the City's three districts. While the program begins at the same time each year, trees losing their leaves are on their own calendar. This year leaves are falling later than usual. The City will remain on the schedule running through December. Once the regular timetable for collection is complete, an additional (third) collection will be made throughout the entire City. There will no predetermined route or time schedule for this collection.
