Park Facilities & Rentals

Pavilions in Bluebird Park are available to rent. Water and electricity are typically turned on in the beginning of April and turned off at the end of October, weather permitting.

You can rent a pavilion by calling the Park Office at 636-227-7508, coming into the office or online. Visit the Online Registration website. Online reservations for Ellisville Residents begins January 3, 2023. Non-residents can begin online registration on January 17, 2023. Pavilion rental dates are Saturday, April 1, 2023 - Friday, October 27, 2023.

Lions

Accommodates approximately 100 people. Is equipped with water, electricity, and 1 barbeque grill.

Bluebird

$30/Resident - $40/Non-Resident

Accommodates approximately 10 people. Is equipped with 1 barbeque grill.

Refund Policy

For all pavilion rentals, cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the reservation date will receive a full refund. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to the reservation date, there will be NO REFUNDS GIVEN.

Ball Field Rentals

Conner Field and Field Number 2 are available on an hourly basis, daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., from Monday, March 13, 2023 through Friday, October 27, 2023. Teams may reserve a maximum of 2 hours per week.

Fees

  • $9/hour (Residents)
  • $10/Hour (Non-Residents)

No refunds are given for ball field rentals due to high demand.

Resident registration for 2023 begins on Tuesday, January 3 and non-resident registration begins on Tuesday, January 17.

Note

Online registration will be available beginning at 8:00 am on January 3 for Residents, and January 17 for Non-residents. If you don't already have an account for online registration, we recommend doing it early. Online Registration

Tennis Courts

The City of Ellisville has 3 public tennis courts located in Bluebird Park. These courts are available but are used in the following priority:

  • Scheduled tennis lessons sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Department
  • Scheduled tennis leagues sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Department
  • Drop-ins that want to utilize the courts when not in use

Lights are available for evening play until 10 p.m. April through October.

Bluebird Fitness Trail

The Ellisville Parks and Recreation Department invites you to take advantage of the Bluebird Park Fitness Course as a "fun way to total fitness." The trail consists of 17 fitness stations which are spaced along a 8/10 mile stretch of trail in Bluebird Park. At each station, participants are coached by illustrated signs that explain exactly what to do on the piece of apparatus provided, then walk or jog to the next station.
