Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility (No proof of Insurance) citation may be dismissed by a Judge and is not handled at the Court window. You must provide the Prosecutor the Proof of Compliance with Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law paperwork and a copy of your insurance card to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office. Payment Plan(s)
If you are unable to pay your fine in full, you will be placed on a payment plan with the court. Payment Plan payments are due on the first of each month, the minimum amount that can be paid is $25.00. If you are unable to make your payment, you must appear in court.
