SAFHR for Renters and Landlords

New SAFHR Program Updates

Hello MHDC Partners - We're pleased to announce new ways to inform your communities about SAFHR, and to connect with us on social media.

Now Accepting Applications Statewide - as of April 1, we can accept applications from tenants (and landlords - see below) who reside anywhere in Missouri. Previously, tenants in certain areas of the state needed to use applications specific to their locale. Feel free to share our website and resources anywhere in Missouri.

New Website - We've created a new look for the program and launched a new website experience. Now, it's easy to find all the information you or your communities need about the SAFHR program.
