  1. The 6th Annual Hot Dog It's Chili - Chili Cook-Off in Bluebird Park will be Friday, October 19th. between 5:30pm - 8:30pm! This year's event promises to be filled with lots of family fun and great food. Come to taste and support your friends and neighbors. Chili teams are formed by local businesses, organizations, and families in search of a friendly competition, prizes and bragging rights. ALSO... our Ellisville Police Department is holding a "1st Responders Idol Karaoke Challenge" to help support Backstoppers.   2. Leaf Collection Season - 2018

    Leaf collection for 2018 begins October 22 and runs through December 28. This year leaf collection will run continuously through the city beginning with District 1 followed by District 2 then District 3. As each pass through the city is complete the collection cycle will begin again. Please refer to the following update for a general ideal of where leaf collection is taking place. Please keep in mind this schedule will vary due to weather and the amount of leaf material being collected and will be updated as needed.

    Present Location of Leaf Collection Crews

    Presently cycling through District 1, District 2 and District 3 approximately every five working days .

    Please note no leaf collection will be made on weekends, during rain or snow, on Thanksgiving (Nov. 22 and 23) and, Christmas (Dec. 24 and 25). No leaf material will be collected after December 28, 2018.
