Construction on the second phase of the Bluebird Park Amphitheater improvements has begun and will be completed in time for the 2023 Bluebird Park Summer Concert series.  The improvements include upper and lower plaza areas, upper and lower seat walls, a hillside stairway, trail improvements, a shade structure over the upper plaza area and accessible parking for the amphitheater.  The majority of the construction costs for these improvements are being funded by a grant  from the St. Louis County Municipal Park Grant Commission.  Thank you very much for your understanding during construction while the amphitheater area is closed for improvements.
